A 16 inch pizza is a family pizza, and a family pizza needs a peel as wide as it is or the edge folds on the way in. This one is light aluminium with a hard anodised surface the dough does not grab, and a tapered edge that gets under the base in one push.

It is compatible with the Ooni Pro 16 only with the pizza door off.
