PRODUCTS
Through the Online Store, the Company promotes, showcases, and offers for sale to consumers the following categories: Cooking Equipment, Mise En Place, Knives, Food Styling, Clothing, Cool Stuff, Books, and Props (hereinafter the “Products“).
The information provided about the Products displayed on ladja.gr is complete, accurate, valid, and up-to-date, and the photographs are a realistic and accurate representation of our Products. However, these guarantees are subject to technical or typographical errors, which may be unforeseen, unintentional, or caused by interruptions in the operation of the Website or force majeure.
Regarding the availability of Products, the Company has taken all necessary technical and other measures to promptly update the available quantities and sizes of our Products. However, we explicitly reserve the right concerning the accuracy of the quantities and sizes of the Products listed in the Online Store.

PRODUCTS ORDERS
The Products available for sale are described and presented with as much detail as possible. The selection and purchase of a Product is the sole responsibility of the User. However, ladja.gr bears no responsibility for any variations that may occur in the presentation of the Product. Users are encouraged to inform ladja.gr of any errors they detect in the Product’s characteristics.
To complete your order, you must either create an account on ladja.gr or order as a guest, providing us with the necessary personal information for payment and shipment of the Products. This information includes: name, surname, email, mobile and landline phone numbers, and postal address (street, number, region, city, country, postal code). Registration as a member on ladja.gr to create a personal account is not required to place an order and make a purchase from our Online Shop. However, creating an account allows you to access your order and purchase history. Our Company processes the personal data you provide when registering as a member exclusively for the purpose of creating your account on ladja.gr.
After entering your details, you will be able to review your entire order, including full payment and shipping information. If you agree with the details, your order can be validated and submitted. If, upon receipt of your order, we discover any unexpected shortages, delays, temporary unavailability of any Products you ordered, or any other issue that prevents us from fully accepting and executing your order, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact details you provided when submitting your order to discuss any modifications, corrections, and/or cancellation of the order.
PAYMENT
Our Company accepts the following payment methods:
Pay on delivery
Payment upon receipt of the order. You can pay in cash when the courier company delivers your Products to your specified address. The cost for the cash on delivery service is three euros (€3.00)
Credit and Debit Cards
We accept credit and debit cards, including Diners, Amex, Visa, and MasterCard. When you choose this payment method, you will be securely redirected to the Stripe payment platform, where you will be prompted to enter your card details, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and the cardholder’s full name. To ensure the security of your payment, our company uses a secure payment service that adheres to SSL security standards. Your confidential card information (including the 16-digit card number, expiration date, and CVV code) is transmitted directly to the bank’s server and does not pass through any of ladja.gr’s servers.
Payment via PayPal
For PayPal account holders, payment is made directly from your account by simply entering your email address and PayPal password. This ensures that your financial information is never shared with us. PayPal encrypts and protects your card number securely.
By choosing to pay via PayPal, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions set by this online payment provider. In this case, the specific terms and conditions of the payment provider apply. Ladja.gr is not responsible for the policies or operations of the payment provider. For any issues, the User should contact the online payment provider directly.
WITHDRAWAL/RETURN – REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return the Products you have purchased and request their replacement: a) either in all cases where, due to proven fault of Ladja, you were delivered with different Products or substantially different from those ordered, b) or in all cases where there was a defect in the Product.
You also have the right to return the Products you have purchased and request their replacement with another Product or Products up to the value of the amount paid or an additional payment if you prefer, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product.
You have the right to return the Products you have purchased and request refund of the amount you have paid us: a) in cases where there was a defect in the Product; and b) within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the Product without providing a reason (Right of Withdrawal).
The Company is liable for compensation in case of a defect only if it is caused by its fault, in which case it is not liable for slight negligence.
In addition, for all cases the Product to be replaced or returned must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The Products to be replaced or returned must be in the condition in which they were received by the User, complete and undamaged, and the packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the Product and be in excellent condition, along with all the accompanying documents. It is recommended to consult with the Company prior to any replacement or return. In any case, the return and replacement are possible under the following conditions:
a) You must contact the Company on the same day or the next working day to declare your intention.
b) In the case of a product exchange within fourteen (14) days for another Product(s) of equal or greater value, or withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with Article 3e of Law 2251/1994, as amended by Article 17 of Law 4933/2022 (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU), the Product must not have been used.
c) The Product(s) must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction.
In case of withdrawal, you will cover the shipping costs for the return of the Product, which must take place within fourteen (14) days from the notification of the withdrawal request to the Company. The withdrawal statement can be exercised in writing or electronically by simple letter based on the Company’s contact details provided at the end of these Terms. The statement must include the transaction details (number, date, name), a description of the Product being returned, and the contact details of the person withdrawing. The Company is obligated to confirm the receipt of the request. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned Product. If the Products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store reserves the right to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the Products. The Company may also unilaterally and without further notice offset its claim, in whole or in part, against the customer.
PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
The prices of the Products of our Online Store are listed in Euros including all taxes, except for shipping costs. If there is a change in the VAT rate, the change is included in the price of the Products without prior notice to the User.
Ladja.gr reserves the right and the User of the Online Store accepts it, to freely set the prices of the Products, to modify the prices displayed in the Online Store and to change and/or withdraw the discounts or offers at any time with or without prior notice to the Users of the Online Store, who will be informed of the applicable price at any time from the relevant posting in the Online Store.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Delivery Methods
Shipments within Greece and Cyprus are carried out by the courier company WEBOXIT.
Delivery times
The processing of orders, collection of Products and shipments are made daily, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00. All orders are shipped by our Company on the next working day, from the day we received your order. Deliveries are not made on public holidays as well as the weekends.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
The User of this Website and our Online Store is solely responsible for the lawful use of this Website and is obliged to refrain from any illegal act and abusive behaviour, as well as from adopting illegal practices and unfair competition practices.
Participation as a User or member is only possible for natural or legal persons with full legal capacity. Minors (persons under the age of eighteen (18) years) are excluded from becoming a User/member.
You are solely responsible for the legality and correctness of the information and data you provide to ladja.gr, which the Company has no responsibility or obligation to control, unless this is imposed upon it following a complaint or by law.
Any User of this Website and our Online Store is prohibited to send or transmit through ladja.gr illegal material. Such material is considered to be material that violates the rights of third parties (including but not limited to intellectual and industrial property rights and privacy and data protection rights) and/or is false, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, insulting, offensive, vulgar, violent, defamatory or incites criminal acts, infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, contains software viruses or any other codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, cause damage to, or interfere with the operation of the Website, intentionally or unintentionally violates the applicable Greek and European legislation and its provisions, may harass third parties in any way and any content is used to collect or store personal data of Users.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY – LIMITATIONS OF USE

All content of the web pages of this Website, including images, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, services and Products, the Ladja logo and other service marks, as well as the database, including copyrights, trademarks, industrial designs, patents, distinctive features and trade secrets are all intellectual and/or trade secrets of Ladja’s industrial property, protected by the relevant provisions of the Greek Law.
In addition, the design, the composition of the content, the commercial “clothing” and the “look and feel” of the Website, the layout of the Products and the Online Store are exclusively owned by Ladja or Ladja has a license to use them and Ladja retains all copyrights and any element/feature as protected by the relevant intellectual property provisions of Greek and European legislation.
Any copying, analog/digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, part or all of the content of the Website, except for strictly personal use, is prohibited.
In any case, the appearance and exposure of the User on the Website or our Online Store on the website www.ladja.gr should not be construed in any way as a transfer or assignment of a license or right of use.

The User undertakes that when using the Website he/she will not engage in any scraping, data mining, harvesting, screen scraping, data aggregation and indexing. In addition, the User agrees that the Website will not be reproduced, copied, leased, sold, licensed, or otherwise assigned, transferred, exported, transmitted or distributed in whole or in part in any way. Furthermore, Ladja has no liability for acts or omissions of third parties and in particular unauthorized third party interventions in Products and/or services and/or information available through the Website.
The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Website will in no case exceed the amount of hundredEuros (100,00€).
COMPENSATION

APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
These General Terms of Use and any modification thereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

No waiver or modification of any of these General Terms of Use by you will be effective unless in writing and signed by both Ladja and you. No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected.
MISCELLANEOUS
- You must comply with the applicable third party terms and conditions when using the Website and/orOnline Shop.
