Cancellation Policy – Returns

WITHDRAWAL/RETURN – REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

You have the right to return the Products you have purchased and request their replacement: a) either in all cases where, due to proven fault of Ladja, you were delivered with different Products or substantially different from those ordered, b) or in all cases where there was a defect in the Product.

You also have the right to return the Products you have purchased and request their replacement with another Product or Products up to the value of the amount paid or an additional payment if you prefer, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the Product.

You have the right to return the Products you have purchased and request refund of the amount you have paid us: a) in cases where there was a defect in the Product; and b) within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the Product without providing a reason (Right of Withdrawal).

The Company is liable for compensation in case of a defect only if it is caused by its fault, in which case it is not liable for slight negligence.

In addition, for all cases the Product to be replaced or returned must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt. The Products to be replaced or returned must be in the condition in which they were received by the User, complete and undamaged, and the packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the Product and be in excellent condition, along with all the accompanying documents. It is recommended to consult with the Company prior to any replacement or return. In any case, the return and replacement are possible under the following conditions:
a) You must contact the Company on the same day or the next working day to declare your intention.
b) In the case of a product exchange within fourteen (14) days for another Product(s) of equal or greater value, or withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with Article 3e of Law 2251/1994, as amended by Article 17 of Law 4933/2022 (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU), the Product must not have been used.
c) The Product(s) must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction.

In case of withdrawal, you will cover the shipping costs for the return of the Product, which must take place within fourteen (14) days from the notification of the withdrawal request to the Company. The withdrawal statement can be exercised in writing or electronically by simple letter based on the Company’s contact details provided at the end of these Terms. The statement must include the transaction details (number, date, name), a description of the Product being returned, and the contact details of the person withdrawing. The Company is obligated to confirm the receipt of the request. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned Product. If the Products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store reserves the right to seek compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the Products. The Company may also unilaterally and without further notice offset its claim, in whole or in part, against the customer.
