Ooni Cast Iron Grizzler Pan

The first bite is with the eyes, and the eyes want bar marks. This is a ribbed cast iron pan sized for a pizza oven, so a steak or a row of vegetables gets seared at temperatures a hob cannot reach. The handle comes off, the pan goes to the table on its trivet, and everyone eats from it.
