Technology meets tradition in Karu 2 Pro. The enlarged 17″ cooking floor, hinged ViewFlame™ glass door and carbon-steel shell deliver wood-smoke theatre without losing heat. Bluetooth-enabled Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub beams ambient and probe readings to your phone, so you know exactly when to launch and when the roast chicken hits perfection. Fire with logs for flavour or snap on the gas burner for weeknight speed—the choice is yours.
