Burger press – 1.5 kg stainless steel: Indestructible. Works to thin chicken as well.
Spatula – stainless steel: 15 × 8.5 cm blade with a sharp leading edge that leaves no crispy bits behind.
Wire rack + tray – 44 × 24 cm: If you want to season patties beforehand, place them on the rack with the tray underneath in the fridge—they’ll dry out perfectly. You can also use it as a prep station.
