Home ground for every home cook out there: You prep for a big dinner party, you start chopping, pickling, smoking, etc., and suddenly you have used every possible item that is or may be used as a bowl. And nobody has ever told you about gastronorms. Well, gastronorms come out in different materials and sizes. This particular one is the stainless steel, 18/10, just like our pans and pots but thinner. 18/10 makes it hard to pick up odors from the food you store inside them and you can also use them for cooking although we don’t recommend it. At least not for full-on cooking. And if your other half complains about space, tell them to find a different excuse because you can stack them inside one another and they really take as little space as possible. For real: use them once, hooked for life.

- One for food waste right on the counter
- Store all the chopped veggies before we start cooking
- Use some plastic wrap when we have to smoke things
- Rest your meat inside and wrap it with aluminium foil.

- Oven safe but we really recommend not to use it for actual cooking. You can use it to keep things warm in the oven at low temperatures.
