Gastronorm Polypropylane

Imagine prepping for a big dinner party and not raiding every bowl, mug and Tupperware in the house to hold your mise en place. That is what gastronorms are for. GNs, if you want to sound like you have worked a line.

These are polypropylene: lightweight, black or clear, and they stack so they take up almost no space.

The LADJA team uses it for:

• A bunch of them while prepping. Chopped veggies, trimmings, the lot
• The taller ones for storing stocks
• More than a bunch during burger nights, one per condiment

"Polypropylene or stainless?" Polypropylene when you want to see what is inside and keep the weight down. Stainless when it goes in the oven or near heat.
