Gastronorm Polycarbonate / Clear

Imagine prepping for a big dinner party and not raiding every bowl, mug and Tupperware in the house to hold your mise en place. That is what gastronorms are for. GNs, if you want to sound like you have worked a line.

These are clear polycarbonate: light, see-through, and they stack so they take up almost no space.

The LADJA team uses it for:

• A bunch of them while prepping. Chopped veggies, trimmings, the lot
• The taller ones for storing stocks
• More than a bunch during burger nights, one per condiment

"Clear or black?" Clear when you want to see what is in the fridge without opening every lid. Black when you want the fridge to look like a kitchen.
