The Halo Pro is a compact spiral mixer built for anyone who makes dough and bakes cakes or pastries. Its die-cast-aluminium body weighs 14.6 kg—heavy enough to stay put, light enough to move when you need the space. A fixed spiral hook kneads while the bowl turns around a breaker bar, giving you well-developed dough in half the time a planetary mixer needs. Swap in the flexible beater or geared whisk and you have a straightforward stand-mixer for cookie batter, sponge cakes or silky meringues. A digital dial sets the speed (RPM or %), while the built-in timer frees you from clock-watching.
