Bamboo Steamers

We are not sure if bao buns are still a trend, but with this little buddy you can have them whenever you feel like it. And bao is the least interesting thing it does.

Do not skip the fact that it is bamboo. Bamboo helps the taste and leaves a scent you will recognise.

"How do you smoke in it?" Wood chips or tea leaves in the pan below, no water, lid on. Low heat. The bamboo holds the smoke around the food.
