Mixing Bowl – Heavyweight

Find us a more versatile tool in a kitchen and we will tell you that you are wrong. No one can convince us otherwise. The stainless mixing bowl stacks, does not hold odours, goes in the dishwasher and lasts forever.

This one is the heavyweight. Thick 18/10 steel, for people who make mayonnaise by hand and do not want the bowl spinning away from the whisk.

The LADJA team uses it for:

• Throwing away scraps while we do mise en place
• Whisking eggs
• Proofing dough (some of us but not all)
• A double boiler over a pot
• Mixing salads in the large ones
• Vinaigrettes

"Shallow or heavyweight?" Shallow for salads, prep and anything light. Heavyweight when there is a whisk involved and the bowl has to stay put.
