A heavy bottom stainless steel sauce pan (18 cm width x 9 cm height, 5 layer clad construction, made in Italy, in general, you can't find a better quality).
A heavy duty chinois so that you strain that sauce for the perfect texture.
A whisk (25cm) to incorporate your creativity into that silky sauce.
A serving spoon (2,5 Tspoon capacity) to check the form of the sauce.
A saucier spoon if you want to be a bit more fancy during service.
