Potato Ricer

14,90€

Mash made in a blender is wallpaper paste, and you know it, because you did it once. Starch does not like blades. A ricer pushes the potato through small holes without working it, and what comes out is light, fluffy and ready for a lot of butter. This one takes the pressure and the handle is comfortable enough to do a kilo.

The LADJA team uses it for:

  • Pommes purée, the silky kind
  • Celeriac and parsnip mash
  • Gnocchi dough, where lumps are the enemy
  • Squeezing water out of cooked spinach

"Ricer or masher?" Ricer for smooth and fluffy. Masher for rustic with texture. Blender for nothing, ever.

Details:

  • Sturdy build for real pressure
  • Comfortable handle
